Bari Schanerman

Bari is a Certified Professional Coach by IPEC (Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching), and holds a business degree from the University of Miami. Bari worked in the Financial Area of Banks after graduating college, starting in a staff position, moving to Management/Leadership positions including CFO before moving to the operations side as Assistant Manger in a Credit Union. After 20 years in the Financial Industry, Bari changed course to create a life that integrated her interests in helping others and being available for her family. She started doing volunteer work with a variety of non-profits serving on Boards, doing advocacy and outreach and, giving workshops, presentations, speaking engagements as well as building relationships to create bigger communities of support for the different organizations. During the years of working with non-profits and financial institutions, Bari saw a need for raising the bar in teambuilding, developing relationships, and leadership, especially with groups of volunteers. She went back to school in 2012 to become a coach learning new tools to work with individuals and businesses.

As a Coach since 2013, as well as a Connections/Resource Center, Bari assists clients in defining their goals, helping them to remove obstacles (real or perceived) and holding them accountable for what they commit to accomplish towards their vision. Through this relationship her clients move in the direction of their vision, aligning their purpose and goals with their actions, to create their desired results at the pace they establish. Bari also helps individuals and groups explore the choices and possibilities that lead to win/win solutions to their challenges and seeing their life through different lenses to expand their perspectives on how they choose to show up to themselves and others.

In early 2014, Bari created Your Meeting Place, a physical space in Aventura, FL. where individuals come together to experience the amazing wisdom that is gained through group dynamics. Your Meeting Place changed its name to Dynamic Growth at Your Meeting Place, also know as DGYMP, in late 2015, after Bari and Angela met, and joined forces with their coaching businesses.

At DGYMP, business partners Angela and Bari are in the process of trademarking, a coaching approach called "Living and Leading with Intenergy". This process will help you and your organization lead with "intentional energy" by aligning productive thoughts with win/win actions using conscious choices and collaborative energy to quickly reach your goals by flow instead of force.

Currently, Bari is collaborating with Virage Coaching and will be part of the program for the “Virage Leadership Series” for Entrepreneurs beginning this year, and will continue to work with individual clients and organizations to help them reach their fullest potential.
