Angela De Sousa

A Transformational life and business leadership coach, Angela De Sousa has been empowering individuals and entrepreneurs for more than 10 years as a motivational speaker, language business trainer, business owner and certified professional coach.

Angela explores with her clients, their current “belief system” and develops "new sustainable approaches” that will help them identify unproductive life and work patterns, while replacing them with productive and conscious choices. Her coaching approach is very successful in helping clients recognize their own road blocks, move forward to reach their goals, and create the life they want to work, lead and live by, in a sustainable manner.

For the last 20 years she has been acquiring tools, learning languages, expanding experiences and making conscious choices that keep adding to her personal and professional repertoire. This native Venezuelan moved to the United States to come to college and graduated as a Cardio Pulmonary Technologist in 1998. A year later, Angela shifted gears and chose to work for Corporate America focusing on sales and customer service. She started training people since the year 2000 as she worked for Citizen Watches, Inc. in the USA and continued training business' while living in Vienna, Austria: Louis Vuitton, VolksBank Austria, OMV Austria's oil Company, amongst others. By 2004, she moved to Florence, Italy to learn how to design and create Jewelry, as well as learn how to speak Italian. She continued with the jewelry trade through Italy, Mexico and Venezuela, becoming an international business owner with her custom made jewelry brand known as "Alegna Designs" and "Be Alegna". At this point Angela was already speaking 4 languages and had become an inspirational speaker, empowering jewelry entrepreneurs to find the next level in their careers.

Today, Angela leads her own international bilingual coaching practice called "Dynamic Growth, a transformational coaching approach", and co-owns "Dynamic Growth at Your Meeting Place" in Aventura, Florida where coaching programs, empowering workshops, and mastermind groups continuously bring together professionals looking to grow and thrive.

At Dynamic Growth at Your Meeting Place (DGYMP) business partners Angela and Bari are in the process of trademarking, a coaching approach called "Living and Leading with Intenergy". This process will help you and your organization lead with "intentional energy" by aligning productive thoughts with win/win actions using conscious choices and collaborative energy to quickly reach your goals by flow instead of force.

Currently, Angela is also collaborating with ¨Virage Coaching¨ as a consultant and trainer for the "Virage Leadership Series" coming this year to the United States, and she will continue working with individual clients and organizations to help them reach their fullest potential in a healthy and balanced way.
